Condolence: So endearing! Aunt Norma, our family has fun, lasting memories of the farm; you in the garden digging potatoes; & your fabulous doll collection (made by your gifted hands). Oh yes, going to your church social; playing Crokinole (which is now an Allen favorite); & the surprise, your homemade Lemon Meringue Pie (Blanche & Jane's favorite). You simply loved us - we love you back. SMILES:)

Condolence: What a kind lady. I have very fond memories of Norma. My cousin Sharon and I frequented her house on trips to her farm during haying season. As Uncle Lee gathered the hay in the field, Sharon and I would make a bee-line for Norma’s delicious smelling kitchen and her plate of yummy cookies. She made us feel so welcome. She seemed to really enjoy having kids in her home. At least she made us feel that way. She smiled so happily when she saw us.
Then there was the church groups and quilting bees. My Grannie was also involved in these groups, and as a little girl she used to take me with her when attending any of these functions. I remember going to Norma’s house. I can still hear all the church ladies talking and laughing in Normas livingroom, the strong smell of hot tea, the plates of sandwiches, cookies and squares.
And I can’t forget high school, and my favourite class - 4H. Thank you Norma for all the time you spent showing me how to sew and bake. I’ve never stopped baking!
Many happy childhood memories you gave me. Thank you for being so kind, for your never ending smile, for listening, teaching, your patience, happiness, love of people, your sharing, for making us feel like we were important and that you cared. 😀
Rest In Peace. 😢
